Our training is aimed at providing a message with clarity, purpose and enthusiasm.
Health and Safety training can be daunting if not concerning for some. So many people have said that they felt like falling asleep in a training session and this can be due to the subject matter, trainer or timing. (Training after lunch is never a good idea.)
Our training is structured to include short films, practical exercises, workbooks, discussion opportunities and the purpose is to deliver each of the learning methods to the delegates. We all learn differently and including seeing, hearing, talking and doing in the session allows each person to have a fair share and opportunity to contribute. Death by presentation is still common in training and our formula for successful training is to understand the aim and purpose of what you want to achieve with the training. Our training sessions have dedicated training plans that are prepared for each session and reviewed each time to improve our delivery. Having a question bank also provide quality control to the training as well as giving delegates the opportunity to test what they have learned through a short questionnaire and written test. Feedback provided to us is shared with our customers and also include a pledge from the delegate as what they will do with the information they gained. The training will be certified by us and also qualifies for Continued Professional Development (CPD) hours.
Having qualified teachers and trainers with many years experience allowed us to develop our training to a very high standard and we will continue to do so to benefit our customers. We have membership of IOSH, Institution of Fire Engineers and Fire Protection Association. Give us a call and we will help you with whatever training you may need.
